– Parking space in the immediate vicinity is available and free of cost at your own risk.
– Transportation to and from the airport by taxi can be arranged upon request.
– Luggage can be temporarily deposited.
– Upon request the following can be made available (for a fee): an extra bed for small children, an ironing board and iron, hair dryer.
– The apartments are cleaned upon arrival and thereafter 1 x per week.
– With a view to our environmentally friendly policy, clean towels can be provided upon request by the guest(s).
– Children are welcome.
Children up to 4 years old can stay for free when using existing bedding.

Standard rates per night depend on the season (see our rate list): Studio US$ 40 Studio de Luxe US$ 50 These standard rates do not include Value Added Tax (V.A.T. 12%) and Service Charge (10%). Energy saving is part of our company policy. When the air conditioning will not be used, a social discount is provided. For longer stays, special rates are available per week and per month.
